Transparency matters to us, so here’s exactly how VibesGhana makes money — and why it never affects what we recommend.
VibesGhana is free to read. To keep it that way and to keep building it, we use affiliate links and occasional advertising. This page explains what that means for you.
What affiliate links are
Some of our links to flights, hotels, stays, tours, travel insurance, eSIMs and travel gear are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to book or buy, we may earn a small commission from that partner — at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly the same price you would have anyway.
It never buys a recommendation
This is the important part: commission never decides what we recommend. We suggest places, products and services because we believe they’re genuinely the best option for travellers to Ghana — based on real research and on-the-ground knowledge. If something isn’t worth your money, we’ll say so, affiliate link or not. Many of our recommendations earn us nothing at all.
How to spot them
Where practical, affiliate or sponsored links are marked, and any sponsored content is clearly labelled as such. Standard editorial links (to guides, official government sources, and the places we mention) are not affiliate links.
Your support
When you book or buy through our links, you help keep VibesGhana independent, free and constantly updated — thank you. It genuinely makes a difference.
